She graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Architecture in 2008. She continued her education at Bilgi University’s Architectural Design Master Program between 2008 and 2010. After completing her studies in 2010, she worked in various offices. In 2014, she established PLUGOFIS. During her academic journey, she received several awards in student competitions, including S.O.S Istanbul: AKM and Archiprix Turkey. Since 2014, she has continued her professional career, achieving success in competitions such as the Haliç Coasts Design Competition (1st Prize), ITU Faculty of Business Competition (1st Honorable Mention), Gaziemir Aktepe Emrez Urban Transformation Area Competition (Equivalent Prize), Adana Sucuzade City Square Architectural Project Competition (1st Prize), Antalya Muratpaşa Multipurpose Performance Center Competition (2nd Prize), Uzundere Cemevi Sociocultural Center Competition (Honorable Mention), and Erbaa Çamlık Social Center Competition (Honorable Mention). She has served as a studio manager at institutions like Kadir Has University and AURA Istanbul. Buşra Al continues her work at PLUGOFIS, a firm she founded.
