Nostalgia is the longing for a happy moment in the past. What makes it memorable is not where we eat, but with whom we eat. The memory of that dining table lasts forever through with whom we eat, and it is the taste of the moment that still lingers. And it is the food and materials that color up those beautiful dining tables.

Altıpatlar Mimarlik

Yasin Altıpat graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture in 1997. He did a master’s degree between 1999 and 2001, and received the title of Master Architect. He has been working as a lecturer at Istanbul Kültür University, Faculty of Architecture since 2018. Altıpatlar Mimarlik was established by the founder Yasin Altıpat in 2010. In 2016, the “Ebil Kuaför Şaşkınbakkal” hairdresser project, and in 2019, the “Yıldırım Özdemir Alaçatı” hairdresser project were awarded the prize of the world’s top 10 hair salons by EsteticaDesign. Altıpatlar Mimarlik won the first place in the BigSee Interior Design Awards with the “TP Balıkesir” Call Center Project in 2021 and with the “BP & Castrol” Office Project in 2023. Endeavoring to integrate the innovative perspective, color match and contrast balance, and duty cycle mathematics into every project, the team of Altıpatlar Mimarlik tries to reflect this sense of aesthetics on its visual works as well.
